My stay at Santa Ottoman Hotel was quite disappointing. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taksim Square, but the management was unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns. I had issues with the room assignment, which was not what I had reserved, and the breakfast left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room also raised concerns, particularly with mould and a sewage smell lingering in the bathroom.
